Once more to the 0xc000007b problem

The missing 0xc000007b problem has been asked yet. Bute the recommended download of a vc++ resdistributable did not work for me.
By now I have all possible resdistributable but still apache doesn't start. Are there other suggestions? My OS is Win10, my Xamp version ist 3.2.4
