wordpress on xampp is Access forbidden!

I want to install wordpress in xampp. For this I first tried using bitnami wordpress installer "bitnami-wordpress-5.4.1-0-module-windows-x64-installer.exe". Then I uninstalled using uninstaller which is found on "apps/wordpress".
Then I created a new folder names "wordpress" in htdocs forlder. I've unzipped all the compontents of wordpress 5.4.1. When I try to access using "http://localhost:82/wordpress", it shows:

Access forbidden!

You don't have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.

But if I renamed the folder to something else like "wordpres" or "test", wordpress has been loaded perfectly, no "Access forbidden!".
It seems the problem is somehow connected with "wordpress" named folder in htdocs.

How to solve this ?

Please search in the Apache config files for the word wordpress. Maybe there is left a fragment of the previous installation, an Alias definition or something like this.
