XAMPP Error

Hi guys,
I'm new here in the community, and I wanted to ask for your help solving this problem in my XAMPP, the problem is as follows:

Whenever I close XAMPP, it presents me two error messages and ends up crashing after having to force the shutdown in the task manager, I tried to uninstall XAMPP and reinstall, but the problem remains.

-First Error: Error: Cannot create file "C:\xampp\xampp-control.ini". Access Denied
- Second Error: Exception EAccessViolation in module xampp-control.exe at 0025B2AE. Access violation at address 0065B2AE in module 'xampp-control.exe'. Read of address 00000042.

What can I do to solve this problem?

You need to use one of the solutions because of: https://www.apachefriends.org/blog/new_xampp_20200401.html added some bugs
The xampp-control.ini need Administrator privileges to write in.

A) Don't press the Exit button and use the X from window.
B) Run the XAMPP-Control.exe with the Run As Administrator
C) Add the current user to xampp-control.ini permissions if you not want the B.
