How can I set up password for my particular webpage?

It depends. Are you running any PHP script (like WordPress, Joomla, or any Forum like PHP Forum or so)? Then you have to ask the developers of the script how to setup password and user for WordPress for example.

Or do you want to have UserID/Password for your domain, controlled by Apache? If yes, is it on a server from an internet service provider, or is it your private PC?
