Xampp Domain Redirect

Okay i am very new and very new to Web Design / Apache / ECT ECT

I have made a page and its hosted via Xampp at http://125.63.48.189:1984

Now i would like to to use the Domain that i currently own www.osfgaming.com so people do not have to use a crappy ip or a redirect

The hosts file has only relevance for resolving hostnames from your very own computer.
It cannot resolve a domain name for other computers.
