Can't access localhost

After installing the latest version of Xampp and WP I can't access my site via localhost, there is simply no way it will connect. What can be the cause?

Try whit the IP not localhost

I have the same problem, I han access by using the IP but I need the local host to be able to access PHPmyadmin database, any clue of how to solve this?
