ip problem - xampp + wifi router

hello

i have an internet connection that enter in a wifi router...from there i have internet at laptop. i have a static ip...and a xampp program install. when i type in the browser my ip it goes to the wifi control panel not to the xampp(like when i have the ethernet cable connected to the laptop)...i search for options in wifi control panel and xampp but i don't find...someone can help me?

What did you mean with "my ip"?
- the WAN ip of your router
- the LAN ip of your laptop

no...the static ip from internet provider....i want to view my site from my static ip...(extern ip)
