Cannot Start Apache On Windows

Hello,
I could not strart apache. It starts sometimes and sometimes it stops. When i try using xampp_start it shows the port is busy. I have no other server software installed. Please help. ITs urgent,

That's the reason.

Then you don't know the software you have installed on your pc

BTW:
The next time you have this error, use "xampp_portcheck.exe" to find out the other server.
