Cannot view php files

I am unable to view .php files from server. I get the code of the file. If I change the file to an .htm it loads fine. Even phpinfo.php shows me the php code. I downloaded the latest lampp from apachefriends and running on fedora 6 box.

Do you have a copy of the php file that is not working?

I added
AddType text/html php
and AddHandler php5-script php
to the httpd.conf
this appears to solve the problem.

I have the same problem..
PHP files arn't parssed..
where did you put that?
