Win32DisableAcceptEx

hi, I search and found that I need to add:
Win32DisableAcceptEx
to the httpd.conf.
I have this error and I cannot connect to the server.

[warn] (OS 64)The specified network name is no longer available. : winnt_accept: Asynchronous AcceptEx failed.

I want to know what effect will have in the performance the Win32DisableAcceptEx line, and what it does?
