How to Port settings?

Hi All,

I have installled XAMPP in one of the machines in my local network. I have installed through the xampp .exe setup. The services are up and running. Now, I want to change the entire xampp directory to some other machine, where all my services will be running. I don't want to loose my past data.

How can I port the settings, data to some other machine without any lose???
