Need Database backup when System crashed - Help Please

Hi,

My system crashed and so now I am not able to access the database through the mysql prompt, in lampp.. How can I get my database backup. I am able to access the content of the opt folder from other hard disk partition. Kindly help me please. This is my urgent requirement..
