Can't install XAMPP for MacOSX 10.3.9 - Help!

Hello there,

I'm trying to install XAMPP 0.5 for MacOSX (downloaded the TAR file). The instructions (http://www.apachefriends.org/en/xampp-macosx.html) say to unzip the file (no probs there) then double-click the PKG file to run the installer. I can't seem to find the installer or a PKG file, just an application that doesn't do anything when clicked, no admin password, nothing. Where is this PKG file or installer? I am running OSX 10.3.9.

I'd appreciate any help on this - I'm very new to all this and I want to use XAMPP as a development environment while I learn to construct dynamic websites.

if you want to use the Installer-Version you have to download the sitx!!

After this, the developer untar works as documented, also.
