changing install dir

hi
is it possible to change the install dir of Xampp, because i want to move it from the harddrive C:/ to Harddrive E:/ without uninstalling

copy (or move, but copy for tests is better) your complete XAMPP directory on the Partition you want.
Then you start the setup_xampp.bat , this script change the folder directiven in the config files.

Be sure that you stop all XAMPP-components, the services too.
