Sure, but what can't you find?

- In the directory "/usr/local/xampp" is the startscript for XAMPP with the name "xampp".
--> so you can execute this script with: /usr/local/xampp/xampp"

- This script knows several parameters. Two of them are "phpfastcgi5" and "phpfastcgi4":
phpfastcgi5 = use PHP5 with mod_fcgid
phpfastcgi4 = use PHP4 with mod_fcgid

And together (scriptname with parameter):
/usr/local/xampp/xampp phpfastcgi5
or
/usr/local/xampp/xampp phpfastcgi4

Wiedmann you are the man!

I'm using XAMPP on Windows for almost 5 years now and ii plan to switch on FreeBSD (PcBSD). I`ll post feedback for your port.
One of the things that kept me running windows were the fact that Xampp was not ported for FreeBSD, but 10x to you, now I can give it a try
