System Freeze while running xmapp

Hi,

i have installed xampp for windows on my machine twice now once on my old machine and now on a brand new machine and every time i use xampp after about 30mins the system freeze's what is happening is something called csrss.exe is using 100% cpu usage.

I have ran every virus scan etc software but on my new machine i tested this before anything had a chance to get onto the machine.

Anyone have any ideas why this happens?
