Is there any software out there that could automate the creation of a website for xampp like when you sign up for angelfire or what not?

Also, please tell how in the world do I impliment php websites. I have searched for a time now and nothing?

I have read through the forum and whatnot. However, do I need to have vhost enabled to do as this thread http://community.apachefriends.org/f/viewtopic.php?t=17031 or can I run my website as a single domain with php functions?

Does anyone have a free method to get my domain to be lcfministry.org or what-not instead of my ip address?
