how in detail do i change all incoming 80 to come in through a very unusual port number because port 80 is blocked by my isp


or if you have any other ideas to get around my isp block
please tell me.

This is your router issue.

You can read the menu about how to configure your router and it may provide some ways to redirect all port 80 traffic to other port.
