How do I change CHMOD on XP

How do I change CHMOD on XP

I am using windows XP home 2003, I have installed xamp and I can see my php applications running, but i want to change some of the file permissions on local host, how can i do that?......could anyone help

when running localhost you run from the server witch means they are allready running on rwe. but if your in doubt you can right click and choose properties and unchek(if cheked) the archive, hide and write protect.

all files are already chromded rwe (777 on linux)


i had the same problem a week ago.
glad to see i wasn't the only one....
