I am newbie i just installed XAMPP through installer. everytime i try to access through myname.serveftp.com i get my router config. screen.
and when i try http://localhost/ i get the XAMPP config. screen please someone help me.

You cant access your own computer by an external address, if its not entered in the hosts file. Your own pc you have to use 127.0.0.1 or localhost. From the internet you have to use your public-ip, dynDNS oder static DNS. Ask a friend to try it out
