i have a problem......so
i can open a .php file on Windows Explorer it is opened by Dreanweaver...
where i need to write the php code and script, where to save it and how to load id?

You can use to create and edit php-files any text-editor you like. You should save it in your document_root, defaut xampp/htdocs/. You can load it, like you can load it http://localhost/dir/to/file/from/htdocs/file.php
