die PostgreSQL-Client-PHP-Extension ist im Augenblick leider nicht mit SSL-Support kompiliert. Es ist also nicht möglich eine Datenbank verschlüsselt anzusprechen:

Wäre super, wenn das mit XAMPP out-of-the-box funktionieren würde.
