problem executing ppm

Hi,

I've installed Xampp 1.4.16 with the xampp-perl-addon 5.8.7.
When I try to run ppm, I get the following error:

C:\>ppm
No se ha encontrado la ruta de acceso de la red.

translation: can't find the path (or point of access) to the network

How can I fix it ?
