Hello creative of Xampp by this of error.log Each time that look at this puts myself:
[warn] (OS 64) The name of network specified no longer is available. : Winnt_accept: Asynchronous AcceptEx failed.
If some creator of xampp can explain me the by of this message in error.log
for which been looking at this that is a Bug of xampp Not and managed to find a Solution to my Problem

firstly, search before post!
secondly, open your httpd.cnf file and find this line (at the end):
# Win32DisableAcceptEx
and remove #

when I remove this # Win32DisableAcceptEx and removes # Apache does not initiate broken goes badly I have
Windows XP for SP2 I have PHP: 4.4.1-pl1

but then Apache does not start me for this sure that is not
