How can I find my IP number (behind a router)?

Hi guys,

I am behind a router/firewall and I know IP address of my router (it is an ADSL modem with router) and other computers in win98se network getting their local IP numbers from router like 10.0.0.1 , 10.0.0.2, etc. Let's assume that routers local IP no is 10.0.0.3.

Do you have any idea if an internet user can browse pages on my XAMPP server located on 10.0.0.1 ?
