403 Forbidden

I'm getting on every page of the site I want to view on the server a 403 Forbidden error.

I've tried to put the directory in htdocs and in the root-folder but nothing works. Has anybody an idea what it is caused by?

After installation a "http://localhost/" is not working?

You are really running XAMPP?

Add an index.php page in your htdocs !
