Win2000,Apache2,SSL: Error Status 3221225477

My Configuration
Apache 2.0.54
Win32OpenSSL-v0.9.7d
mod_ssl (for Apache2)
Win2000

I have configured my Apache Server to run SSL.
The Server starts without errors and i can use my Webapps. Sometimes (not reproducable) the server exits with status 3221225477 and restarts.

This happens only when I'm connecting using the secure https connection. With http everything works fine.
