How do I Change Document root ?
Anybody Plz... tell me step by step..

I am a newbie Linux

You need to change the

DocumentRoot

in the /opt/?ampp/etc/httpd.conf file

you need to make other adjustments in the file too that
relate to the path that you choose.

I don't know what line because I'm not using that version of software.

Search for

DocumentRoot

and you will have it.

You MUST however make other changes to match as there are other sections that provide configuration access to the same area that will no longer be valid. So what ever you change the document root to, you need to make the same changes there too.
