Using existing SSL key

I've got a SSL Certificate for the same domain on my old Apache Server.

I moved over that key and the related files to the new xampp apache and attempted to restart.

I am getting an error but I'm not sure what it means.

Is this a simple error that is saying it couldn't find my private key, or is it a more complex problem that I am running into.

Still stuck on this.... I'm sure it is something really stupid.

The certificate is valid, its from another server that this domain was moved to. I've tried with with and without a password.

Is there a way to get more debugging info out of Apache when it starts to see what might be going wrong?

Currently all I get is:

In the server error log I get

The first entry is the actual error. I can't however figure out what the issue really is.

Tonight I will try a private key from scratch to see if I am just not seeing the obvious. The setup between this server and the old one is almost identical with just the file directory locations being different.

I still can't get past this. I am pretty sure this is a configuration error on my part.

does someone have a working ssl.conf file they can either post or send me so that I can verify what I am doing.

The ssl certificate works fine on the site I moved it from, if I move the key out of the path, the system complains it can't find it, but it doesn't seem to see it when it is in the path and all I ever get is a rather vauge

without any indication that it attempted to the use the key. I've tried the key with and without a password, and I've tried using the .passphrase example as well.
