ClientMan risk?

I just ran Spyware Doctor on my PC and it came up with several instances of an alleged threat.

This is the message:

XAMPP\xampp\php\pear\docs\DB High Risk ClientMan is a wide-ranging advertising parasite.

I don't suppose this is true, or is it?
