LIBMYSQL.dll cannot be found

First of all please excuse me for posting in English.

Since I installed the latest version of XAMPP for Windows I get an error message on system startup saying LIBMYSQL.dll cannot be found, although XAMPP still seems to operate quite happily. Has anyone else had this problem and is there a solution?
