mysqldump stirbt

Hallo zusammen ...
ich hab mir nen cron-job geschrieben, der die ganzen BUs macht ...

unteranderm zieht der sich auch von jeder DB um 04:00 ein dump.

/opt/lampp/bin/mysqldump -ubu -psys-bu ah_wlh_boards | gzip -9 > /bu/sql_dump/ah_wlh_boards.${DATUM}.sql.gz

nur da hat der dann ein Problem ... bei den Kleinen DBs geht das so ... bei dieser grossen (1200 Tabellen) geht dies jedoch nicht

Er bleibt mit folgendem Fehler stehen:

/opt/lampp/bin/mysqldump: Got error: 1017: Can't find file: './ah_wlh_boards/bb182_options.frm' (errno: 24) when using LOCK TABLES

Wenn ich die bb182_options jedoch manuell dumpe, dann geht's. nur im verband geht das nicht.

weiss jemand, ob da ne grössenbeschränkung drinn ist, und wenn ja, ob man die irgendwie umgehen kann ?
Da die Tabellen ständig wachsen, will ich auch nicht ne liste machen, die mir jede tabelle einzeln dumpt ^^
