Can't lampp startpostgresql

I'm using postgresql-addon-0.6.tar.gz, but I can't perform lampp startpostgresql.

[root@amin xampp]# tar xvfz postgresql-addon-0.6.tar.gz -C /tmp
postgresql-addon/
postgresql-addon/patch/
postgresql-addon/patch/httpd.patch
postgresql-addon/patch/php.ini.patch
postgresql-addon/patch/navi.patch
postgresql-addon/data/
postgresql-addon/data/data.tar.gz
postgresql-addon/INSTALL
postgresql-addon/Lizenz
[root@amin xampp]# cd /tmp/postgresql-addon
[root@amin postgresql-addon]# ls

data INSTALL Lizenz patch
[root@amin postgresql-addon]# ./INSTALL
patching file /opt/lampp/etc/php.ini
patching file /opt/lampp/etc/httpd.conf
patching file /opt/lampp/htdocs/xampp/navi.php
chown: `nobody:nogroup': invalid group
rootpw=lampp
[root@amin postgresql-addon]# /opt/lampp/lampp startpostgresql
Starting PostgreSQL
This account is currently not available.
[root@amin postgresql-addon]#

I need to know which account that is not available?
I check, user postgres is already exist in group postgres.

Or maybe, postgresql-addon is using different user ?

Please help me, thank you!

Btw, I am using Fedora Core 4.

its User nobody and Group nogroup

Please only post your problem once!
We do not need douple posts. It makes our Search-Engine go wild ;)

I check, I already have User nobody inside Group nogroup.
And, I already chown -R nobody:nogroup /opt/lampp.
But I stil got the same error appears.

Sorry for double posting. Won't do it again next time.

It's working now, after I change working /sbin/nologin -> /bin/bash
