Wo muss ich überall die Einstellung vornehmen, dass der Apache auf Port 81 angesprochen wird?

nur in der httpd.conf? wo genau?
Alles was nicht funktioniert, wird einmal funktionieren, egal ob es funktioniert oder nicht!

httpd.conf:
"Listen 80" --> "Listen 81"
