I hav install the Xampp 1.4.13 on a Mandrake 10.1 but the function mail() is broken ??

Hi,

why do you think it is "broken"?
Maybe you could tell us what error you get?

Is there a MTA installed?
Is the MTA configured?

I can't send a message by using the function mail() ...
it return FALSE ....

Hi,

have you tried looking into the logs?

MTA is a Mailserver!
No Mailserver -> no Mails! -> no mail()
