How to Activate CGI?...please disregard

My status window shows everything working with the exception of CGI it shows as deactivated.

How do I turn it on?

answer to my own question...how bad is that.

It seems I had inadvertantly made a change to my httpd.conf file.
I reset the path and all is good.
