MySql starting on its own

im having a problem with mysql just starting on its own, everytime i open the XAMPP control panel mysql is already on and if i shut it down and then check a couple minutes later its on again.

go into your main XAMPP directory for instance say you installed it in

C:\apachefriends

1. go to My Computer,
2. open C:\
3. open apachefriends
4. open mysql folder/directory
5. stop MySQL
6. run the file mysql_uninstallservice.bat

should fix the problem
