Xampp no longer working...

I havent run my xampp in a few days and now it does not want to work. Apache starts but then immediately stops. I get an error saying something about two versions of apache running, but I only have xampp installed. Can anyone help. This is really frustrating and I need to get apache running. Below is a link to a pic of the error box but i do not know how to attach it to this post, so if anyone wants to see it please click on the link.

Go into the mysql and apache folders respectively...
Run the .BAT file to uninstall the service and then after that, install the service (for both apache and mysql).

That's all.
