CGI 500 Error

I'm using XAMPP latest version with Perl addon in Windows2000.

I found error 500 when execute YaBB 1.32 script, how to fixed it?

I've setup config.pl as decribed on the manual, is !#usr/bin/perl variable must be changed to xampp path?

I installed XAMPP on c:\apachefriends\xampp
