Hallo Leute!

Ich hab seit gestern Linux Mandrake 10. Und da ich schon
auf meinem Windows-Rechner XAMPP erfolgreich benutzt hatte
wollte ich es natürlich auch gleich für mein Linux.
Die Installation hat ohne Probleme funktioniert, mal abgesehen von irgendeinem
Fehler in "/etc/hosts" der aber scheinbar vom "Setup" behoben wurde.
Installiert habe ich XAMPP wie auf der offiziellen Webseite beschrieben (per tar usw.).

Zunächst funktioniert auch alles. Ich kann auf alles zugreifen, meine eigenen PHP-Seiten anzeigen lassen usw. Aber dann, irgendwann nach einigen Minuten (20min oder so) steht auf einmal da:

Einfach so, ohne dass ich irgendwas verändert hätte. Somit habe ich dann auf nichts mehr Zugriff (localhost), außer auf "localhost/phpmyadmin". Erst nach einem Neustart des PCs (nicht aber nach einer Neuanmeldung) funktioniert es wieder. Allerdings wieder nur eine gewisse Zeit lang. Was ist da los?? Ich habe dem Ordner /htdocs sogar die Rechte 777 gegeben. Aber das hat auch nichts gebracht.

Kannst Du mal in die Datei /opt/lampp/logs/error_log schauen ob es da irgendwelche Fehlermeldungen gibt, die analog zu der Meldung auftreten, die Du beschrieben hast?

Scheinbar kann der Apache die .htaccess nicht lesen. Probier bitte mal folgenden Befehl:

chmod a+r /opt/lampp/htdocs/.htaccess

Geht's danach?

Hm, so wie es aussieht existiert die Datei .htaccess gar nicht!
Aber bei der Installation wurden keine Fehler angezeigt!
Bringt es was diese Datei zu erstellen, ohne Inhalt? Oder muss dort
was bestimmtes drinstehen?

Hallo!

Leider nein. Ich beschäftige mich ja zur Zeit mit der Konsole, deshalb habe ich sowohl Installation als auch jeweils das Starten und Stoppen (/opt/lampp/lampp start/stop) immer als root (über befehl "su") im "Gnome-Terminal" ausgeführt. Ich bekomme auch nirgends einen Fehler angezeigt und die Rechte sind wie gesagt auf 777. Das komische daran ist ja, dass ich auf "/phpmyadmin" zugreifen kann, auf den Rest aber nicht.

Das ist echt zum Verzweifeln. Vielleicht klappts wenn ich XAMMP noch 10 mal neuinstalliere....

Wie kommst Du darauf, dass die Datei nicht da ist?

Was passiert wenn Du diesen Befehl aufrufst?

chmod a+r /opt/lampp/htdocs/.htaccess

Die Datei existiert also offensichtlich nicht, aber zu dieser Ansicht war ich schon gekommen, als ich "ls -l" im Ordner "htdocs" ausführte. Aber ich habe nun schon ein oder zwei mal "neuinstalliert". Nie wurde diese Datei erstellt, sie auch offensichtlich nicht in dem Archiv vorhanden... (xampp-linux-1.4.9a.tar.gz).

Momentan (nach der Neuinstallation) läuft es wieder. Nur funktionierte es das letzte mal auch, aber eben nur eine gewisse Zeit lang. Ich werde jetzt einfach abwarten ob der ursprüngliche Fehler (You don't have permission...) wieder auftritt.

Die .htaccess ist eine versteckte Datei. Ein ls -l würde sie nicht anzeigen. Ich vermute stark, dass die Datei tatsächlich da war. Sonst hätte es nicht diese Fehlermeldung in der error_log verursacht. Durch das Neuinstallieren ist sie natürlich gelöscht worden.

Übrigens: Mit ls -la kannst Du dir auch versteckte Dateien anzeigen lassen. Versteckte Dateien sind unter Unix immer die Dateien, die mit einem Punkt im Dateinamen beginnen.

aber wenn sie da war - wo kam sie her? Offensichtlich wird sie ja nicht durch die Installation entpackt / erstellt. Und ich selbst habe ebenfalls keine solche Datei erstellt.

Naja, ..., bis jetzt funktioniert ja noch alles.
