xampp gérer les utilisateurs

bonjour je commence a travailler avec xampp et je veux creer un nouveau utlisateurs qui a les meme droits que root .... comment faire ?? je veux aussi desactiver quelques composants !!! en plus j'ai un probléme c'est que quand je tappe les commandes :
/opt/lampp/bin/
/opt/lampp/htdocs/
/opt/lampp/etc/httpd.conf
/opt/lampp/etc/my.cnf
/opt/lampp/etc/php.ini
/opt/lampp/etc/proftpd.conf
/opt/lampp/phpmyadmin/config.inc.php

Peux-tu me donner plus de details? Tu utilises un autre nom d'utilisateur pour commander Xampp, c'est bien cela?
Verifies dans des parametres systemes (gestion des utilisateurs) que l'utilisateur que tu utilises a les memes droits que root
Sinon, utilise root comme utilisateur, et la tout devrait fonctionner a merveille, meme si ce n'est pas conseille d'utiliser ce login par defaut.
J'espere que cela va t'aider.

en fait je me connecte a xampp auton ke root mé le prob c ke je veux crée un nouveau utilisateurs avec les meme droits ke root just pour xampp.
et kan je tapes les commandes precedantes j'etais connecté auton ke root
je veux aussi desactiver les composantes suivantes dans statut
