Moving my XAMPP-Windows server to new machine: instructions?

I'm moving my XAMPP-Windows server to a new machine. The new machine has a different computer/cifs name and I will be storing the directory(ies) on a different Windows partition. However, I wish to keep everything else (the domain name, the data, etc) the same. I will be handling all the DNS re-routing for the existing domain/host names to the new server/IP address.

My current applications include a phpBB forums server and a Moodle.org e-learning server.

Does there exist any step-by-step, procedural documentation that describes what I must do to get this to work?

First close xampp, garantee that the directory will be EXACTLI the same, after reinstall all the services just restat xampp !!!
