Everything seems scrambled or not loaded correctly

Hey there.. I decided to try this prog.. and it looks good.. although I having problems with my image displays and flash sites... never seen before..

I know this topic has been covered but I see alot of diferent responses.. I mean there's got to be one solution for this right,,??

Images are like scrambled or half loaded and flash movies get stuck on the 1st frame.. some weird flash manipulation is that...

Is there any fix for this?? i tried that EnableSendfile off
EnableMMAP off

But doesn't seem to fix it.. didn't clear my cache though.. but if that's the problem than you guys would see the site perfectly...

Ok I'll check it.. but how do I clear my internet cache???

In IE, tools>options and clear the cache there
