Moving from a Windows 10 64 bit to another W10 64 bit.
The set up is working fine at the moment. Can I just copy the xampp folder to the new folder? Would save ages!!

Generally speaking: yes.
Maybe you need to reinstall the Visual C++ Runtime on your new system.

Adding to what Altrea mentioned, if you are currently running things like Apache, MySQL, etc. as Windows Services, you will need to register them as services on the new computer.

Remember to use exactly the same path.
E.g.: from c:\programs\portable\xampp to c:\programs\portable\xampp

no need to use the same path.
simply execute setup_xampp.bat to update the paths.
