pear fatal error

hello,

i'm getting a fatal error when trying to execute pear in command line:

Warning: main(PEAR.php): failed to open stream: No such file or
fig.php on line 21

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'PEAR.php' (include
php\pear') in e:\xampp\xampp\php\pear\PEAR\Config.php on line 21

can anybody help me?

sorry, i can´t help. in fact i have the same problem.
i tryed to setup a blog CMS (Textpattern) and get this

i noticed, i had the same Warning while trying to setup another CMS. I use the last Version of Minixampp. Well anybody out there who can tell us, what the hell is wrong with PEAR?
(vielleicht liegt es ja am Minixampp?)

use the full path to the files that those error messages are describing, or setup the php include path to point to the directory that the files are located it. you might be better reading the documentation that came with your scripts.

thx Magnum, my problem concerning the blog software was solved over night. still there is the other CMS ...i did not have another go with yet. we´ll see.
