Initializing Control Panel
Windows Version: Pro 64-bit
XAMPP Version: 7.3.10
Control Panel Version: 3.2.4 [ Compiled: Jun 5th 2019 ]
Running with Administrator rights - good!
XAMPP Installation Directory: "c:\xampp\"
Checking for prerequisites
All prerequisites found
Initializing Modules
Problem detected!
Port 80 in use by "Unable to open process" with PID 4!
Apache WILL NOT start without the configured ports free!
You need to uninstall/disable/reconfigure the blocking application
or reconfigure Apache and the Control Panel to listen on a different port
XAMPP MySQL is already running on port 3306
Starting Check-Timer
Control Panel Ready
