Localhost very slow on xampp PC but fast on clients

I'm running and html & php web site on xampp. The site now have a phpgrid with about 700 lines.
At home all works well. I'm using and i7, 8 Gb RAM, windows 10 desktop as server. Clients as i5 laptop windows 10 and a tablet. On each device all works well at the correct speed. Wi fi network.
At work with smaller pc configuration and lan network, the clients pc (windows 7 and 10) are 'normally' fast but the 'server' (xampp) that have windows 10 is very very slow.

Any idea to solve?
At home i have installed over xampp mysql installer community (connector, router, server, etc)

Today i installed Firefox on work pc because i use it at home and all became normal as at home.
What can be the problem with other browser?
