I got Access forbidden! after updating Mac Os from Mojave to Catalina when using a Virtual host. This issue happens only for the project out of htdocs folder. When I use Mac Os Mojave the virtual host is working properly project in htdocs folder or project in out of htdocs folder.

I'm having the same issue... Every year there is a new MacOS and it really screws up the permissions. I attempted to do what I did last year (set the permissions of the directory) but no dice!
