Error 403 means that Apache has no rights to open the requested folder/file. Thats all i can say.

Hi,

Show us the contents of your Apache access.log so we can have an idea which request fails and maybe why.

Best wishes,
Altrea

Show us the HTML / PHP source of the IFRAME of course, show us the logfiles (as Altrea already said), show us the fully qualified error message from your browser, shows us what you enter into your browser and and and - actually we dont know nothing!!
