config-dist.php Missing

Hi All

So firstly I am very new to this and appreciate your patience in this.

I recently installed XAMPP and something went wrong with the then Opencart installation.
I decided that it would be best to reinstall opencart only to be told that my localhost/htdocs/config-dist.php is now missing.

I then reinstalled the entire xampp and still this file is missing.

Please could you all help. I have no idea what to do further

Of course. config-dist.php is not a xampp specific file. It seems to be opencart specific.
So this is not an XAMPP issue but an opencart issue.
